Welcome!
We are delighted that you have joined our Swimming Academy where learning to swim can take place in a safe and professional environment.
We have important information below that all Parents / Guardian’s need to be aware of.

To complete your enrolment, please read all of the information below and then follow the 3 steps....
Parking:
Parking is FREE during your swimming lessons, please collect a complimentary parking ticket when you arrive from the centre and display on the your dashboard.
Changing:
Where possible, please arrive at your swimming lessons ‘pool ready' - This means that the Swimmer has their swim wear on covered by their outside clothes. There are a few changing areas but these are best saved for when you are getting out of the pool. Once again, it is best to wear something that is quick and easy to put on when you are getting changed.
You will need...
- Well fitting swim wear - Shorts above the knee and a one piece swimming costume
- Swimming Hat
- Goggles (optional - not recommended for Group 1)
- Towel
Lockers are available to store your belongings - £1 coin (returnable) or trolley token.
No outside shoes are allowed to be worn on the poolside areas.
Note - When you are ready for your swimming lesson, please go and sit safely at your group's area - No more than 5 minutes before - Please do not wait in the showers with the showers constantly running
Swimming Hats:
Swimming hats are required for our swimming lessons - Please click here to order yours - £4.25 per hat.
Spectators:
Spectators are welcome to join you at your child’s swimming lesson - There is a coffee bar at the Centre that has a selection of hot and cold drinks available.
After your swim:
There is a coffee bar at the Centre that has a selection of hot and cold drinks available.
Swimming Fees:
Your invoice for your swimming fees will be issued by email before the start of a new term. Payment will need to be made on the agreed payment date, which is usually the Thursday before a term of lessons is about to begin). Failed payments will incur an additional administration charge of £3.00 inc. VAT.
Cancellations:
If you decide to leave our Swimming Academy a terms' notice is required in writing to your home venue - Failure to give notice means you will still incur the new terms fees until enough notice has been given. Here is a link to our terms and conditions.
General:
If you are feeling unwell or showing any symptoms of illnesses then please do not attend our swimming lessons. This is for the health and wellbeing of our teachers and all who attend the swimming lessons.
