Congratulations on achieving your Award!

To order your award(s) then please follow the steps below:

1. Complete the online form below with your personal information and the information on the 'I Did It!' card given to you by your Swimming Teacher

 2. Once we have recieved your request, we will email an invoice requesting payment for the award

3. Once full payment has been received, we will prepare your awards and aim to get them to the pool for collection within 14 days - Awards can be picked up on our poolside desk.
