Welcome!
We are delighted that you have joined our Swimming Academy where learning to swim can take place in a safe and professional environment.
We have important information below that all Parents / Guardian’s need to be aware of.

To complete your enrolment, please read all of the information below and then follow the 3 steps....
Parking:
Parking is FREE during your swimming lessons, please collect a complimentary parking ticket when you arrive from the centre and display on the your dashboard.
Changing:
Please arrive at your swimming lessons ‘pool ready' - This means that both you and your child have your swim wear on covered by your outside clothes. There are a few changing areas but these are best saved for when you are getting out of the pool. Once again, it is best to wear something that is quick and easy to put on when you are getting changed.
- All babies must wear a swim nappy if needed
- Babies may wear baby wetsuits (optional)
- Bring a warm towel to poolside to wrap your baby up after the lesson
- Pushchairs must not be brought onto poolside but left in the entrance to the changing rooms
Lockers are available to store your belongings - £1 coin (returnable) or trolley token.
Please come on to poolside no more than 5 minutes before your lesson.
No outside shoes are allowed to be worn on the poolside areas.
Spectators:
Spectators are welcome to join you at your child’s swimming lesson - There is a coffee bar at the Centre that has a selection of hot and cold drinks available.
After your swim:

Swimming Fees:
Your invoice for your swimming fees will be issued by email before the start of a new term. Payment will need to be made on the agreed payment date, which is usually the Thursday before a term of lessons is about to begin). Failed payments will incur an additional administration charge of £3.00 inc. VAT.
Cancellations:
If you decide to leave our Swimming Academy a terms' notice is required in writing to your home venue - Failure to give notice means you will still incur the new terms fees until enough notice has been given. Here is a link to our terms and conditions.
General:
If you are feeling unwell or showing any symptoms of illnesses then please do not attend our swimming lessons. This is for the health and wellbeing of our teachers and all who attend the swimming lessons.
