The following terms and conditions must be read carefully by the parents of our swimmers. By signing our application form and / or paying your termly fees you are agreeing to abide by these terms and conditions.

Water Creatures Academy of Swimming reserves the right to change / amend these terms and conditions as and when required. Any alterations will we be displayed at the pool and at www.watercreatures.co.uk

• All Swimming lesson enrolments’ must be booked by calling 07817 168 918 or by emailing info@watercreatures.co.uk

• All Swimmers must have a completed online enrolment form (paper copy availble on request) before their swimming lessons can begin

• All swimming lessons must be paid for in advance of the first lesson and are non-refundable and non-transferable

• All missed lessons must be paid for and are non-refundable and non-transferable

• Refunds will only be given in exceptional circumstances agreed in writing with the Director or when an Official Doctors Note is presented

• If you decide to take a break from your swimming lessons then you must inform Water Creatures by email (info@watercreatures.co.uk) by the end of the current term otherwise you will be liable to pay for the next term’s fees.

• Swimming lesson fees must be paid for by cash or bank transfer - our bank details can be found on our invoices

• In the event that swimming lessons have to be cancelled Water Creatures will do their best to contact you. For updates on closures please refer to our website or social media pages.

• All cancelled swimming lessons will receive a credit note or be offered another time to swim

• In the event that it snows on the day of your swimming lesson, then please refer to our website or social media pages.

• We reserve the right to appoint a new teacher at any time and will notify you accordingly. We may, at times (without notification) need to provide an alternative teacher for a class or classes due to illness or for any other unforeseen circumstances

• No shoes of any kind are allowed on the poolside area, shoes must be left at the entrance

• All Swimmers must wear a swimming hat (this includes both boys and girls) - This is not required for our Parent & Baby, Nursery or Pre-School groups unless you wish too.

• No food or drink is allowed on poolside or the surrounding areas

• Talcum powder is not allowed to be used in the changing areas

• All rubbish must be placed in the bins provided

• No pushchairs are allowed inside of the swimming pool area

• The use of cameras, digital cameras, video cameras, and mobile phones for photographing and / or filming in the swimming pool area is strictly forbidden

• Parents and Guardians must not attempt to speak to, or distract, the Teachers while they are conducting a lesson.

• All jewelry and watches must be removed before entering the swimming pool - Ear studs may be worn

• Suitable ‘Learn to Swim’ swimwear must be worn by both girls and boys to lessons

• Swimmers must wait quietly for their lessons and be careful not distract other lessons that may be going on.

• Any swimmers that turn up late to their lessons will not have the time made up – no refund will be available.

• Any swimmers turning up more than 15 minutes late may not be able to have their lesson – no refund will be available.
