The Summer holidays are nearly here and this year we are excited to be offering Summer swimming lessons at Sedlescombe Primary School, Sedlescombe, TN33 0RQ.

The lessons will be taught in the outside swimming pool – come rain or shine!

There will be a variety of lessons available from 1:1, 1:2, Group Sessions, Water Polo, Lifesaving and Snorkelling and the schedule can be downloaded below.

The Summer Academy will be available on the following dates from 9am:

- Monday 31st July 2023

- Tuesday 1st August 2023

- Wednesday 2nd August 2023

- Thursday 3rd August 2023

The Summer Academy is a great way to continue with the great progress that you are making in your swimming lessons and our Summer Academy is also open to those swimmers who are not currently enrolled into swimming lessons with Water Creatures or LAC Training & Academy.

We know that you will be looking for something fun and maybe something different to do as it's the summer holidays, so why not try a new skill in the water? *Swimming ability restricitions*

• Snorkelling
• Survival & Lifesaving Skills 
• Water Polo

There is something for everyone, so why not have a go!

Beginner - Those who have little or no swimming abiltiy. This group helps to build water confidence and the fundemental swimming skills to reach those first distances.

Improvers - Those who are water confident and are working towards Front Crawl, Back Crawl, Breaststroke and Butterfly
